Clinical Approach
I take a client-centered approach to counseling, empowering you to build coping skills and address obstacles at your own pace. It's a collaborative process that keeps you in the "driver's seat" every step of the way. I incorporate evidence-based strategies, including CBT, ACT, EMDR, and DBT, to help manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
Who I Work With
My clients are often those working to manage stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, repairing important relationships, or overcoming traumatic events.
Training & Credentials
Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the City University of New York and EMDR trained.
My Why
I have a genuine drive to support my clients in identifying their motivations for life and initiating positive change. Witnessing my clients' growth and transformation brings me deep fulfillment and guides my purpose every day.
What to Expect
The therapy environment I create is relaxed and non-judgmental. I am here as a guide to empower you to become the author of your own story. Clients often begin to feel as if they have become "their own therapist," as they find themselves seamlessly integrating coping skills we build upon in session into their daily lives. This is how they know that their hard work is paying off.
Beyond Therapy
I have a love for art history and understanding the creative works of those who have come before us. You can always find me in a museum or art exhibit on the weekends!
