I would describe my approach as primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact, alongside connecting these back to the physical body. My counseling style is catered to each client individually, recognizing that everyone experiences life differently.

While I have experience working with all age groups and backgrounds, I specialize in trauma, sex therapy, women's issues, couples, non-traditional relationships, and working with the LGBTQ+ community.

Educational background in psychology and women's, gender, and sexuality studies. Currently a provisionally licensed mental health counselor.

Beyond Therapy
In my free time, I love spending time outside with my dog, going on social outings with friends and family, and reading. Happier by Tal Ben-Shahar helped me make one of the biggest decisions of my life and I highly recommend it!
