Who I work with:
I work primarily with individuals 18 and older experiencing anxiety, trauma, significant life transitions, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and depression.
Clinical Approach:
I draw from DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and supportive therapy to help you strengthen coping skills, navigate emotions more effectively, and align your actions with what matters most to you. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is warm, nonjudgmental, and empowering, where growth happens at your pace and your voice remains central throughout the process. My work is centered on helping you feel understood, supported, and capable of creating meaningful change in your life. I take a person-driven approach, you guide what we focus on, and I offer structure, insight, and tools to support your goals. Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and grounded in respect for your experiences.
My Why:
Human connection is at the center of my work, along with a deep belief in people’s capacity for change. I consider it an honor to be invited into such personal spaces and to be trusted during moments of reflection, challenge, and growth. Supporting others as they discover their strengths and create fuller, more meaningful lives is what continues to guide my practice.
Training & Credentials:
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University. Currently a provisionally licensed mental health counselor.
What to Expect:
Our work will begin with getting to know you, your experiences, and what you’d like to focus on in therapy. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. Over time, many clients often notice greater self-awareness, stronger coping skills, and more confidence navigating life’s challenges.
Beyond Therapy:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and exploring new restaurants around the city. I also like picking up new hobbies; lately, that’s been needlepointing.
