What We’re About

We help clients understand the patterns underneath anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, burnout, and self-worth: so therapy can become a place for real change, not just temporary relief.

Our clinicians share a commitment to relational, trauma-informed care, while bringing different specialties, identities, training backgrounds, and areas of focus to the work. If you are not sure who to choose, we will help match you with a therapist based on what you are looking for and what may fit best.

Our Approach

Clinical Standards

Relational

Therapy is not just insight work. It is also about what happens between people, including in the therapy room itself. We pay attention to those moments because they often show us where change needs to happen.

Trauma-informed

Trauma can reorganize how the nervous system works, how relationships feel, and how daily life gets experienced. Our work emphasizes safety, pacing, and careful attention to what each client is ready to approach, and at what pace.

Training first

Good therapy requires ongoing learning. Our clinicians are committed to consultation, continued training, and thoughtful clinical development so the care we offer stays grounded, current, and responsible.
